This Agreement between the Client (hereinafter known as “Client”) and Denver

Dog Guru, LLC aka Alexander Nieto (hereinafter known as “Trainer”) pertains to the following:

Training Fees: Client agrees to pay Trainer a nonrefundable fee for training services rendered. See

attached addendum for current pricing. Client agrees to pay Trainer a nonrefundable fee for

discounted training packages (4-packs). All sessions must be completed within 180 days of purchase

or they will be forfeited.

Services: Trainer agrees to provide private training sessions for Client and Dog on a session-by-session

basis. The goal of these training sessions are to teach Client how to train and better

communicate with the Dog. Training sessions will take place at Client's home or other agreed upon

location. Client agrees that session duration is determined by the trainer at the time of service and that

time spent during sessions discussing the Dog, dog training and/or behavior is considered training

time. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve training and behavior modification

goals but makes no guarantee of Dogʼs performance or behavior as a result of training sessions.

Client understands and agrees that in order to get the best results, Client, and other members of the

household, must follow Trainerʼs instructions, practice training methods in between training sessions

as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to Dog. Client acknowledges, agrees

and understands that Denver Dog Guru has not represented, promised, guaranteed or warranted that

the Dog can be trained, that the Dog will never bite, that the Dog will not be dangerous or vicious in

the future, that the Dog will not exhibit behavioral problems in the future, or that the training will last

for any particular amount of time. Client understands that each dog is different in regards to ability,

breeding and temperament.

Cancellation Policy: If Client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, or is not present at time

of scheduled appointment, full session fees are due. For a package deal, the session will be counted as

one session against the package total.

Photo/Video Release: Client gives Trainer permission to use Client or Dog likeness in photographs,

video recordings or electronic images in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to

Trainer website, social media and YouTube without payment of any kind, or any other consideration.

Trainer agrees that no personal Client information will be used in conjunction with likeness, other than

Dog name.

Confidentiality: Client agrees not to share any information provided by Trainer, unless given express

written permission from Trainer. Client agrees that all training methods, techniques and materials

provided by Trainer are intended for Client's personal use only. This includes, but is not limited to,

specific training techniques, instructional worksheets and instructional videos.

Liability: If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but

not limited to Trainer and Trainerʼs agents), Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages

suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and Trainerʼs agents from any resulting

claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees.

If Dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during a training session or while in the care of the

Trainer, Client assumes the risk and agrees that Trainer should not be held responsible for any

resulting injuries, death, losses, damages, costs or expenses. 

By signing this agreement, Client attests that Dog is current on all required shots and the rabies

vaccination. Client agrees to provide trainer with proof of current shots and vaccinations upon request.

Client agrees to reimburse Trainer for all costs including, but not limited to, medical care and lost

wages associated with contracting any ailments while exposed to Dog.

At Trainer's sole discretion, Trainer's duties hereunder shall terminate if (a) in Trainer's sole judgment

Dog is dangerous or vicious to Trainer or any other person or animal, or (b) Client breaches any term

or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination in accordance with the foregoing, Trainer's duties

shall terminate but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This

Agreement is binding upon Client, spouse of Client, and any other member of Client household. This

Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, warranties and agreements of the

parties, and expresses the entire agreement between Client and Trainer regarding the matters

described above.

The parties confirm that, except for that which is specifically written in this Agreement,

no promises, representations or oral understandings have been made with regard to Dog or

anything else. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both Client

and Trainer.
